He's calling regarding my Payday loan , And he said,I'm under investigation regarding my loan. So I already send them my first payment of $300.00 dollars and my Identification, And he is still harassing my work with phone call, and he's harassing my daughter phone at work. And he said, that if I don't make another payment they will send someone to arrest me. And he also read my right on the phone.

Please tell this person or company to please stop calling people who live in Toms River. it is very annoying and if it continues I will have to report them to other party that is higher up.

Would like to know who this number belong too.

These people are just scammers do not give any personal information over the phone to these people, there a debt collector trying to get you to settle with a company over the phone to get your name,ss number,bank info etc, don't fall for this, you have already given the info contact your local law enforcement or local FBI office. They can not serve papers over the phone or will they even attempt to serve papers its a scam to fall for there tactics
